​George Stone is a writer, director, crafter, theatre and puppet maker. She has worked with children and young people for many years in all kids of settings, sharing her passion for inventive and beautiful storytelling. She has created engagement projects and acted as youth theatre director for organisations including Sheffield Theatres, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Half Moon Theatre and Hampstead Theatre.

​Sticks and Stones produces shows for children, creates and delivers workshops and clubs, CPD, Artsmark and Arts Award programmes.
